You can log into MyNewSchool using your NetID (user name). PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS: check your application status > log in to the Admission Hub to check your application status STUDENTS: registration, grades, transcripts, class schedule, financial aid, holds, and more ALUMNI: update contact information, edit directory profile,view/obtain transcripts, tax and billing information FACULTY: online grading, class lists, schedule, and more EMPLOYEES: benefits information, deductions, tax information, payroll information, and more > log in to via MyNewSchool Login Help User ID number To log in to directly, use your nine-character New School ID number, which begins with the letter "N" followed by 8 digits. Please note that the "N" is capitalized. Your New School ID number can be found: on your New School identification card on admissions correspondence, such as your admit letter on all university correspondence, including e-bills Alternatively, you can log in using your social security number. Personal Identification Number (PIN) By default, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is set to your date of birth in this format: MMDDYY. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change it. If you receive an "Authorization Failure" error, check that the "N" in your New School ID number is capitalized and that you are entering your PIN in the proper format. If this does not work, contact the appropriate help resource as listed below. Availability You will be able to access 23 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system is unavailable from 4:30 to 5:30 a.m. each morning. User Lockout You are given five chances to log into . If you are unsuccessful in entering your correct credentials after five tries, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in. Please contact the appropriate Help resource, listed below, to reset your account. Security Question On your first login, you will prompted to change your PIN and set up a security question to be used if you ever forget your PIN. Tips for choosing a security question: Choose a question only you know the answer to. Pick a question that can't be answered through research (for example, avoid your mother's maiden name, your birth date, your first or last name, your social security number, your phone number, your pet's name, etc.). Make sure your answer is memorable, but not easy to guess. Forgotton PIN If you forget your PIN, click the "Forgot PIN" button on the login page and you will be prompted for the answer to your security question. You will need to answer the question EXACTLY as you entered it originally (including spaces, punctuation, upper/lower case).
